These TESDA accredited schools receives vouchers from the agency to aid learners who are technically able and who come from poor families to have access to quality tertiary education by providing for free tuition and other school fees in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Local Universities and Colleges (LCUs), and state-run Technical Vocational Institutions (STVIs).
