For those who wish to work in B.P.O. or Business Process Outsourcing as a Customer Support or Service Representative or what we commonly call a Call Center Agent. TESDA, together with a number of TESDA accredited schools and training centers, are offering Contact Center Services NC II training course. These TESDA approved Contact Center Services courses training centers are operating under constant monitoring and supervision by TESDA agency to ensure they provide proper training that is comparable with international competency standards.
To successfully complete the Contact Center Services training course, a student trainee must complete a total of 144 hours minimum training duration. Of the said 144 hours, 18 hours will be spent learning Basic Competencies, 18 hours for Common Competencies, and 108 hours for learning Core Competencies. And to qualify for training in a TESDA approved Contact Center Services course, a student trainee must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have completed at least 10 yrs. basic education or an ALS certificate of achievement with grade 10 equivalent holder.
- Can communicate in English either oral or written.
