TESDA Approved Training Courses Capiz

Before an accredited school can offer a vocational course or program, the accredited school must first comply with the requirements of registration. After they have complied with all the requirements, they will then be issued a CoPR or Certificate of Program Registration and their program will be included in the list of TESDA Registered Programs. And to maintain the quality of education and training given to students, TESDA must constantly monitor the program implementation of each TESDA registered program.

In Capiz, one of the six provinces that comprises Region VI, there are 19 TESDA accredited schools with TESDA Approved Training Courses Capiz including a provincial training center in Sigma and Dumalag Vocational Technical School which is a TESDA Technology Institution that offer free training to qualified enrollees on a first come first serve basis.

TESDA Approved Training Courses Antique

Antique is one of the six provinces comprising Western Visayas or Region VI. It has almost 600 Barangays distributed in 18 municipalities. In terms of TVET or Technical Vocational Education and Training, the province of Antique have 12 TESDA accredited schools including a provincial training center in Hamtic. For TESDA, there is a necessity to provide equal access and provision of technical education and skills development programs to the continuously increasing TVET clients and that is why the agency partners with qualified training institutions so these Technical Vocational Institutions or TVI's can undertake direct training activities for the agency. At present, there are more than 100 schools nationwide including regional, provincial, and specialized training centers which also acts as a place wherein the agency can test their latest training schemes.

TESDA Approved Courses Training Centers Aklan

In Region VI or Western Visayas region, the province of Aklan currently have more than 20 TESDA accredited schools and TESDA training centers that offer various vocational courses. These TESDA approved courses training centers Aklan operates under strict monitoring and supervision to ensure the quality of skills training they provide their students are in line with the agency's standard of competency. 

All the TESDA approved courses on this list are included in the list of TESDA registered programs. Before a TVET institution can offer a training program, it must first be registered with UTPRAS and the training center must comply with the requirements to ensure compliance as prescribed under the approved training regulation. And after completion of the minimum requirements needed, the training center will then be issued a Certificate of Program Registration or CoPR.

TESDA Free Training Courses

 TESDA free training courses are currently being offered by various TTI's and TVI's all over the country thru different scholarship programs. TTI's or TESDA Technology Institutions are the one's who undertake direct training activities for the agency. The TVI's or Technical Vocational Institutions on the other hand are private learning institutions authorized by the agency to undertake technical vocational education and training and must comply with the requirements of registration prior to its offering of a program. 

In the province of Tarlac, Concepcion Vocational School is currently offering scholarship for the following TESDA courses:

  • Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
  • Animal Production (Poultry Chicken) NC II
  • Driving NC II

To the chosen scholarship recipients, special assistance will be given to those who do not have gadgets or internet connection.

In the province of Davao, there are also various scholarship slots are now available. Given below is the list of schools and training centers with available scholarship slots including the number of scholarships allotted for each school.

  • TESDA Provincial Training Center - 25 scholarship slots
  • TESDA KorPhil Vocational Training Center - 50 scholarship slots
  • Wangan National Agricultural School - 25 scholarship slots
  • Carmelo delos Cientos Sr. National Trade School - 25 scholarship slots

In the Nueva Vizcaya province, Nueva Vizcaya Polytechnic Institute offers qualified students with free training, free assessment, free starter tool kits, free workshop uniforms, free learning materials, internet allowance, one year accident insurance and daily allowances to those who will qualify for the following training courses:

  • Dressmaking NC II
  • Undertake Propagation Activities (leading to Horticulture NC III)

The agency is encouraging Filipinos to grab these scholarship opportunities to make use of their spare time during the Covid 19 pandemic while learning new skills. TESDA Secretary Isidro LapeƱa also assured the public that more training programs will resume in different areas with the easing up community quarantine protocols.

2019 TESDA Approved Courses Free Training Offered Region 5

For those who are residents of any of the Region 4-B provinces of Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Masbate, or Sorsogon who wish to enroll in any of the 2019 TESDA Approved Courses Free Training Offered Region 5.

In the province of Albay, there are 57 TESDA accredited schools including a Provincial Training Center in Guinobatan and Malilipot. These schools and training centers offer free training to a limited number of students in a first come first serve basis.

In the Region 5 province of Camarines Norte, 39 schools including a Provincial Training Center in Labo are offering various TESDA approved courses. These schools and training centers are also accepting enrollees on a first come first serve basis and offers free training to a limited number of qualified enrollees.

The province of Camarines Sur, on the other hand, has the most number of TESDA accredited schools in Region 5. At present, there is a total of 73 TESDA accredited schools and training centers including a Provincial Training Center in Libmanan and a Regional Training Center in Pili. All of which offers free training to a limited number of qualified students.

The fourth province in Region 5 is the province of Catanduanes. Currently, there are only 10 schools and training centers in this province all of which offers a variety of free TESDA courses to a limited number of qualified students.

Also included in Region 5 is the province of Masbate. This province has a total of 21 TESDA accredited schools and training centers which also corresponds to the total number of cities and municipalities that make up the whole province. The number of qualified student applicants to be accepted for each course is also on a first come first serve basis, same as all the other schools and training centers that offer free TESDA courses.

Last but not least is the province of Sorsogon. This Region 5 province is the southernmost province in Luzon and is divided into 14 municipalities and 1 city. At present, there are 18 TESDA accredited schools and training centers operating in the province, all of which are under the direct supervision by the agency and also has free training courses offered to student applicants on a first-come serve basis.
