Trainers Methodology Training Courses Offered in TESDA

There are two Trainers Methodology Training Courses Offered in TESDA. One has Level 1 qualification and the other has Level II qualification. The Trainers Methodology (TM) Level I qualification is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, positive attitude and work values of the learner in accordance with the prevailing standards in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. This encompasses competencies required of a Level I Technical–Vocational Trainer to perform the tasks in the areas of instructional delivery/facilitation, competency assessment, and maintenance of training resources/facilities. The Trainers Methodology (TM) Level II, on the other hand, consists of competencies a TVET trainer or technical trainer performing functions as training designer/developer must achieve. A TVET trainer is a person who enables a learner or a group of learners to develop competencies to performing a particular trade or technical work. For TM Level I, the minimum training duration required by TESDA is 264 hours and for TM Level II the minimum training duration required by TESDA is 568 hours.

Events Management Services NC III Short Training Courses Offered

For those who wish to study Events Management Services, there are a number of TESDA accredited schools and training centers with TESDA approved Events Management Services NC III Short Training Courses Offered. This TESDA registered program consists of competencies that a person must achieve to coordinate events, functions and/or conferences which may be held in conference centers, hotels, motels, restaurants, clubs, resorts, and luxury liners. It includes competencies on event planning such as planning and developing an event proposal, concept, and program, selecting a venue and site, and updating event industry knowledge, as well as competencies on on-site event management such as providing onsite management services, managing contractors and updating knowledge on protocol.
