For Hairdressing NC II, TESDA's required minimum training duration for each Hairdressing NC II competency are:
37 hours (Basic Competencies)
24 hours (Common Competencies)
480 hours (Core Competencies)
40 hours Supervised Industry Learning (SIL)
Trainees or students who wish to enroll in Hairdressing NC II must possess the
following qualifications:
- Completed at least 10 years basic education or Holder of Alternative Learning Systems (ALS) certificate of completion with grade 10 equivalent.
- Basic communication skills.
For Hairdressing NC III, the agency's required minimum training duration for each Hairdressing NC III competency are:
40 hours (Basic Competencies)
24 hours (Common Competencies)
140 hours (Core Competencies)
40 hours Supervised Industry Learning (SIL)
