TESDA Approved Food and Beverage Services Training Course

F and B Services or Food and Beverage Services vocational course is one of the most popular TESDA courses offered. This TESDA vocational course have qualifications for NC II, NC III, and NC IV and requires the following minimum training duration and trainee entry qualifications specified by TESDA agency.

For Food and Beverage Services NC II, the minimum training duration required by TESDA for each competency are the following:

 18 hrs. (Basic Competency)
 18 hrs. (Common Competency)
320 hrs. (Core Competency)

Trainees or students who wish to enroll in F and B Services NC II should possess the following qualifications:

  • Can communicate in basic English both oral and written
  • At least completed the 10-year basic education

  • Must be competent in the entire Food and Beverage Services NC II qualification either through training, experience or certification

For Food and Beverage Services NC IV, the required minimum training duration required by TESDA for each competency are the following:

56 hrs. (Basic Competency)
24 hrs. (Common Competency)
60 hrs. (Core Competency)
20 hrs. (Elective)

Trainees or students wishing to gain entry into this course should possess the following qualifications:

  • Can communicate both orally and in written form;
  • Physically and mentally fit;
  • With good moral character;
  • Can perform basic mathematical computation;
  • Must be competent in the entire Food and Beverage Services NC III (Restaurant) qualification either through training, experience or certification

TESDA Approved Electronics Products Assembly and Servicing Vocational Course
