To qualify for any of the TESDA Manila scholarship free vocational courses offered, trainees must meet the following qualifications:

* Must be high school graduate (old or new curriculum) or ALS passer
* Must be with good moral character
* Must be medically fit
* Must not be college graduate or higher
* Must not be a holder of NC III or higher of any Tech-Voc course
* Must not be a learner who previously failed in any public TVET course since   the effectivity of R.A. 10931

TESDA Enrollment Requirements

= Report Card (Form 138) or ALS Rating Card or Honorable Dismissal (for college level)
= Certification of Good Moral Character
= Birth Certificate
= 2 pcs. 1x1 I.D. picture with white background
